Individual Therapy

Individual therapy or counselling is a process in which you work one-on-one with your therapist; in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. We can explore feelings, beliefs, emotions, or behaviours…

Individual therapy is about helping you heal from negative things that you have experienced in your everyday life, such as losses, separation and divorce, family conflict, violence, trauma, or abuse. Additionally, Individual Counselling is aimed at helping you to cope with addictions, mental health issues, and with stresses that can cause anxiety and depression.
